Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This page describes how SR Konsul collects and processes personal data when you use this website or fill out our contact form.
Data controller
SR Konsul is operated by SR Services OÜ, registry code 16952278, which is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with this website. You can contact us at srkonsul@gmail.com with any questions about this policy or your personal data.
What information we collect
When you use our contact form to enquire about a consultation, we collect the information you provide directly: your full name, email address, company name, the type of support or engagement you are enquiring about, a description of your task or challenge, and your preferred way of being contacted (Google Meet or phone). If you choose a phone call, we also collect your phone number so we can call you at the agreed time; for a Google Meet call, providing a phone number is optional. If you provide a website or social media profile, we collect that too. When you book a time for the call, we also collect the date and time you selected. Each enquiry is assigned an internal reference ID, which is stored alongside your information to accurately match your booking to your original enquiry.
What we use it for
The information is used solely to prepare and conduct the requested consultation and for follow-up dialogue about a potential collaboration.
Legal basis for processing
We process this information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a potential agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Booking and scheduling
To schedule your consultation, we use Cal.com, a third-party scheduling tool, to manage available times and send booking confirmations. If you choose a Google Meet call, the call itself takes place via Google Meet, provided by Google. Using these services means your name, email address and the selected time may be processed by Cal.com and, where relevant, Google, in order to arrange and hold the call.
Who else receives your information
Beyond the scheduling and video-call tools described above, the processors who receive and store the information submitted through our contact form are still being finalised as part of SR Konsul's ongoing CRM implementation. This policy will be updated to name these processors, and the applicable retention periods, before that infrastructure goes live.
Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, conduct the consultation, and pursue a potential collaboration, unless a longer period is required by law (for example accounting rules). Specific retention periods for information stored in SR Konsul's internal systems will be confirmed as part of the CRM implementation referenced above.
International data transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, such transfers will take place in accordance with applicable data protection law and using an appropriate transfer mechanism where required.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use cookies for tracking or analytics, and no analytics or advertising tools are active.
Marketing communications
SR Konsul does not currently use the information you provide for marketing purposes. If this changes in the future, we will ask for your separate consent and update this policy accordingly.
Automated decision-making
SR Konsul does not use automated decision-making or profiling based on the information you provide.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and to request that we restrict or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time. You may also have the right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability), where applicable. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at srkonsul@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) at www.datatilsynet.dk if you believe your data has been processed unlawfully.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes in how we process personal data. The date above shows when this policy was last updated.
